Are you looking for a fun and intimate experience to share with your partner in the heart of Bologna? Come and cook side by side in the warmth of my Bolognese home, filled with laughter, playful challenges, and the magic of handmade pasta.
We’ll start by getting our hands in the dough—literally! I’ll teach you how to prepare "paglia e fieno": fresh tagliatelle that intertwine two colors, classic yellow egg pasta and green nettle pasta. You’ll learn to roll out the dough with a rolling pin (with a small challenge to see who can get it the thinnest!) and cut the perfect tagliatelle. Before sitting down to eat, you’ll also prepare tiramisù together, the dessert that wins every heart.
Once the work in the kitchen is done, the table will be transformed. We’ll sit down together for a toast to love with a glass of local wine, starting with a mixed appetizer of the most authentic local flavors: mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano, bruschette, and pinzimonio. Then, your steaming tagliatelle will arrive, tossed in a Bolognese ragù that has simmered for hours — the real one, thick and fragrant. And to finish, your homemade tiramisù with a good Italian coffee.
